seminar paper update

I finished my draft over the weekend, and I'm pretty happy with how it's going. I definitely think it needs to be organized a lot more - it's kind of all over the place right now. I was really glad that my survey/interviews worked out well and I was able to use them. I think they will help me prove an important point in my paper.
